AKT Peerless Secures Over $15M in Tax Increment Financing Revenues for Clients

We are proud to share that within the last 2 months AKT Peerless has secured over $15 million in Tax Increment Financing Revenues through the Brownfield Redevelopment Financing Act (Act 381, 1996, as amended).

The projects benefiting from these revenues are as follows:

  • Arbor Hills Crossing, Ann Arbor, MI – $5.4 million 
  • 626 West Front Street, Traverse City, MI – $1.6 millio
  • 2021 – 2025 Water Street Project, Port Huron, MI – $700,000 
  • Emergent BioDolutions, Lansing, MI – $5.7 million 
  • 514 Michigan Avenue, East Lansing, MI – $650,000 
  • SSP Development, Saginaw, MI – $850,000

In addition, we secured a $1 million dollar MDEQ Grant for the Packard Square project in Ann Arbor and a $1 million MDEQ Loan for the Four Corners Site in Traverse City.
