AKT Peerless completed and submitted two EPACT 2005 Tax Deductions for energy efficient lighting retrofits for two large manufacturing facilities. AKT Peerless also submitted rebate applications for boiler and control upgrades done at the Livonia City Hall.
Incentives gathered for the 1.3 mill square foot plant totaled $775,000, for the 250,000 square foot plant $150,000, and for the City hall $28,000 in rebates were secured.
