As per of many real estate transactions, AKT Peerless annually conducts numerous Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Phase II Subsurface Investigations. Many of the AKT Peerless staff has achieved certifications in International Organization for Standardization (ISO) I 4000 Auditing, Hazardous Waste Control, and Hazardous Materials Management.
