Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Geology, Hydrogeology, or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.


  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments.
  • Accreditation as an AHERA Asbestos Inspector is a strong advantage.
  • Completion of the 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training with current 8-hour refresher courses.
  • Experience in overseeing and monitoring subcontractors.

Expectations Include:

  • Conducting Phase I ESAs to ASTM or higher standards.
  • Conducting Phase II ESAs.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Managing analytical data using spreadsheets and databases.
  • Understanding due diligence processes.
  • Demonstrating full knowledge of each project’s status and goals.
  • Performing tasks across multiple disciplines to bring about successful project completion.
  • Providing quality environmental services.
  • Responding to customers promptly.
