AKT Peerless is proud to share the exciting growth of our West Michigan office, reflecting our commitment to serving the evolving needs of our clients and communities across the region.
We are thrilled to welcome Gary Blinkiewicz to our team. Gary is an accomplished hydrogeologist with more than 32 years of environmental consulting experience. He earned a Master of Science degree in Geology from Western Michigan University and holds credentials as a Licensed Professional Geologist in Indiana, a Professional Geologist in Wisconsin, and a Certified Professional Geologist with the American Institute of Professional Geologists. Gary has served a wide range of commercial, development, industrial, and municipal clients, as well as state regulators. His extensive background includes service on the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy’s Response Activity Review Panel, where he provided expertise in dispute resolution and regulatory review. Gary’s experience strengthens our ability to deliver a full suite of services, from site assessments and remediation to vapor intrusion, storage tank assessments, and more.
Alongside Gary, our West Michigan office also welcomed Josh Cichy, Project Manager, who recently relocated from our Great Lakes Bay Region office to Grand Rapids. Since joining AKT Peerless in 2018, Josh has developed expertise in Due Diligence and is expanding his work into storage tank compliance. Passionate about community involvement, Josh is now a member of the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce, helping our team build new connections and strengthen local engagement. His leadership represents the next generation of AKT Peerless professionals.
