Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma and at least 5 years of experience in an administrative support role are required.
  • An associate degree or higher is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Vision experience is preferred.
  • Multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact well with clients and subcontractors.
  • The job duties are diverse and require quick, accurate, and consistent decision-making.
  • Organized and exhibiting good judgment and the flexibility to adapt to priority changes and demands.
  • Must be able to apply software applications to respond to requests with attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Description:

  • The Project Administrative Assistant will support up to 10 professional service consultants.
  • Experience using Deltek Vision
  • Primary Responsibilities: Project setup, review and produce project deliverable including letters, documents and reports using various software packages.
  • Ensure that the resulting work products are accurate and professional.
  • Set up and maintain location files shared on network server.
  • Assign and maintain access privileges to appropriate files and servers.
  • Maintain Government Markets organization/contacts web pages as needed. Manage projects in areas of responsibility.
  • Effectively communicates, verbal and written.
  • Demonstrates full knowledge of each project’s status and goals.
  • Performs tasks across multiple disciplines as required to bring about successful project completion.
  • Responds to customers in a timely manner.
