Detroit CRE Summit Taps AKT Peerless for Panel

AKT Peerless’ Vice President of Economic Development Services, Bret Stuntz, will speak at the 4th Annual Detroit Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Summit at the Detroit Athletic Club on May 23rd. Stuntz will participate on a panel discussion titled “Detroit Market Update.”

AKT Peerless’ expertise and success in brownfield redevelopment, economic incentives and multi-stakeholder projects can be found all around Detroit in projects like DuCharme Place, Orleans Landing and many other exciting projects along the Detroit Riverfront. Bret will share his insights about these successful CRE projects and his 20 years of experience in real estate finance, development and planning. He and his team are skilled at evaluating the potential environmental risks associated with commercial, industrial and residential properties, at identifying and qualifying economic development incentives for redevelopment projects that often make them viable, and at navigating local, state and federal environmental laws governing these sites, making Bret and his team a valuable resource for developers.
